He owns and operates over twenty different companies and has offices in DC, New York, LA and London. He is a Turkish native and moved to the U.S. for his college education and has remained
there ever since.

As a social entrepreneur, Hilmi has a history of volunteer service and impact investing. He serves on the board of the Mi dwest International Chamber of Commerce and is part of the welcoming committee of NATO.

Hilmi is the Founder & CEO of the MAESTRO Corporate Group, a privately held holding company headquartered in Chicago, IL.

Mevlüt “Hilmi” Çınar

His vast field experience, academic knowledge, and skills in human resource management, employment law, organizational development, policies and procedures, training and development, as well as general business administration has allowed him to lead
our Operations efficiently and effectively.

Mr. Ali has managed hundred million-dollar budgets with Chicago Math and Science Academy, where he worked his way up from Project Manager to Dean of Academics, and ultimately to Executive Director. Subsequently, he Founded the Wisconsin College Preparatory Academy.

Joined the organization in 2017 with significant experience uniquely spanning the public, private and the non-profit sectors.

Ali Yilmaz

Sensa Zorg is specialized in offering culture sensitive care. The database has clients with 39 different ethnic backgrounds & employees with 23 different ethnic backgrounds.

Founder of five companies with a total of over 160 employees. The passion for entrepreneurship, mainly with current company Sensa Zorg, arose from his practical experiences as a youth worker.

Süleyman Göğüş

She is responsible for a portion of investor relations, as well as lender relationships, the analysis of new business and investment opportunities, and supporting the many Directors entrusted to run our various entities.

She has over 25 years of experience in business, having worked in both the investment and consumer product goods industries. As COO of Stark Investments, she helped grow their hedge fund from $40MM into $550MM and then ran her own wealth management firm. She subsequently transitioned into the food industry by launching newly developed products nationally in retail and food service.

She works closely with the CEO and COO to ensure that the operations of all underlying companies run smoothly and profitably, abiding by all rules and regulations. 

Krista Ward

He also has worked in private practice, both state and federal judiciaries, and taught courses in law at Harvard University, Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona (Spain), and Concordia University.  While at Harvard Law School, David worked as an Academic Fellow.

He currently serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas School of Law, and a Project Researcher at the Hanken School of Economics in
Helsinki, Finland.

David has represented clients in litigation, real estate transactions, corporate transactions, and intellectual property transactions. 

David Simon

He works one-on-one with his clients, giving them the continuity of service not found in a typical CPA firm, and provides efficient, expert solutions to small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals. His expertise is accounting and taxation, with extensive experience in the areas of auditing and financial services.

He has implemented tailor-made due-date tax compliance monitoring systems to prevent costly interest and penalty assessments attributable to late filing, as well as defended clients before the IRS as well as state and local taxing authorities. He is also a "Certified Quick Books Professional Advisor" and offers expert cash flow and budgeting analyses that helps clients minimize cost overruns, lost purchase discounts, and uncollectable receivables.

Been providing accounting, tax, and small business consulting services to a wide range of clients since 1987 and financial services since 1993.
